1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using trAInr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

2. Description of Service

trAInr is a fitness application that provides AI-powered, personalized workout plans based on user-provided information including goals, equipment availability, and schedule preferences. The service includes:

  • Personalized workout plan generation
  • Workout logging and tracking
  • Progress monitoring
  • Plan adjustments based on your feedback

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Account creation requires Sign in with Apple. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use trAInr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Share your account with others
  • Use the service to transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the app

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of trAInr, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of trAInr or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

trAInr offers subscription services with the following terms:

  • Free Tier: Includes basic features with one free workout adjustment.
  • Premium Subscription: $4.99/month, includes up to 10 workout adjustments per month and full access to all features.

By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy as purchases are processed through the App Store.

7. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Important: trAInr provides workout plans and fitness information for informational purposes only. This app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your health.
  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in any exercise program.
  • Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other discomfort.
  • Ensure you have adequate space and equipment for safe exercise.
  • In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

8. Privacy

Your use of trAInr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to trAInr, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app or contacting us at support@trainrfit.app.

11. Disclaimers

trAInr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the service will be corrected

Workout plans generated by trAInr are suggestions only and should not replace professional medical or fitness advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trAInr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the service
  • Any injuries or damages resulting from workouts performed using our service

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless trAInr, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of trAInr after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which trAInr operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
